Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Clean the blue oyster mushrooms carefully and slice them if necessary.

  3. In a bowl, mix together the gochujang, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. Toss the cleaned mushrooms in the glaze until they are fully coated.

  5. Spread the coated mushrooms on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  6. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy and the glaze caramelizes.
